Amazing seafood and chips from here. We got the family pack and it was ginormous. The potato patty was so interesting and tasty, and we enjoyed the kumara fries a lot, too. 🍟 We chose the warehou for our fish and finished every bit of it.

This place is outstanding. Their slogan claims "the best burgers in Kapiti," but it should say Wellington—because it’s true. Exceptionally fresh buns, homemade beef patties, crisp lettuce, juicy tomato, and I always add an egg. It’s the best burger I’ve ever had—simple, fresh, and not swimming in grease. The chips? Perfectly cooked every time, with clean oil. All topped off with genuinely friendly service.

Best fish and chips in NZ and the Best GLUTEN FREE battered fish in NZ. My father had not had battered fish for 30 years since he became a celiac. This was one of the best days of his life when he ate these. Thanks Tim and team. Kumera chips 10/10
